Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at meetas.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Meeta's collects the details provided by you upon registration (your name, postal address, email address, mobile phone number and date of birth) together with information about you from your use of our service and your visits to our website and other websites accessible from them. You can visit our website without registering or revealing any personal information about yourself, in which case we may have automatic access to receive and collect certain anonymous information in standard usage logs through our web server, obtained from cookies sent to your browser from web server cookies stored on your hard drive, including but not limited to:

Computer-identification information, IP address, the domain server through which you access our service, the type of web browser you are using.

While you are transacting on our website personally identifiable information collected about you may include first and last name, email addresses, contact details including phone numbers, PIN/ZIP code, your opinion on services, products and features on our websites.

We may also collect the following information about the pages you visit/access, the links you click on our website, the number of times you access the page, things you view, add to bag, add to wish list etc.

Payment Security Information

Our website does not store your credit/debit card/bank details. To enhance security of your payment data, you are automatically redirected to the acquiring bank payment gateway website, where all required transaction details are captured on the secured payment page, then encrypted and securely transmitted to your Card Issuing bank for obtaining an authorization decision. Thereafter we don’t have access to your complete card account information.

Data Hosting

This website uses third party hosting specialists. Information collected by this website is owned and managed by the hosting agencies and has an iron clad data security process. However Meeta's will not be held responsible for any data theft or breach of security at the data centre that hosts the website and holds the customer’s information.

HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION TO YOUR BENEFIT

If you have provided us with your personal contact information we may use it to send you password reminder and registration confirmation, notifications about special offers, changes in the service policies or terms of use, event based communications such as order information, renewal notices, invites, reminders etc. We also use your personal information to improve personalized features on our websites to enhance your shopping experience.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?

We never rent, trade or sell your personal identifiable information with any other organization for marketing purposes, without your consent. We only share your information with our agents and alliance partners/ third parties for the reasons stated below. However, we reserve the right to disclose your information if a legally-compliant request has been made. We use the services of our enabling partners such as shipping companies, business associates to fulfil orders, and credit / debit card processing companies to process the payment for your purchases from our site. These entities do not retain, store, share or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Our website is not meant to be used by people under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from such sources. If the person is under the age of 13, it is strictly advised to not register an account on the website. If we inadvertently collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13, we will delete the information as soon as we are aware.

Shipping Policy

How it Works

The terms of Delivery Policy must be understood. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Delivery Policy. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, to be bound by the terms contained herein.

Team Meeta's is committed to deliver all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 7 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. RAMCOS International makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.

Delivery Charge

Meeta's has a non-refundable flat shipping rate of INR 100 per order. All online orders carry a INR 100 shipping charge. The prices are all inclusive of taxes. Meeta's partners with third party logistic service providers separate and distinct from Meeta's, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email & SMS along with the tracking number. The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. Meeta's shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners. Meeta's may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on their own without engaging logistic partners.

Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. Meeta's shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.

COD/ Prepaid

While Meeta's aims to provide its services through online orders and ensure the delivery of its Product(s) all across India, currently, Meeta's has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order for purchase of Product(s), customers are required to enter their pin-code details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their area. If the area where the user wishes that the purchased Product(s) be delivered is not within delivery network recognised by the Logistics Partner(s) of Meeta's, Meeta's will not be able to process the order further.

Order Delivery Timelines

Usually, orders are dispatched within 7 days of the customer placing the order. However, in line with Govt. Guidelines for your state, delays might be experienced under certain circumstances. Upon the successful placing of an order and after Meeta's has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the end user will receive a unique tracking identity number through email & SMS. The user may use the tracking number on the website of the Logistic Partner to check the status of the purchased Product(s) and the expected date of delivery. The user can also check the order on ‘My orders’ section of Meeta's website.

Ordinarily, Most orders are delivered within 7 working days across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver order to the end user. Should the user continue to remain unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, Meeta's reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While Meeta's shall make reasonable endeavor’s in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of

  • Unsuitable weather conditions;

  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.

  • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and

  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events of delay, Meeta's shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the end user by writing to end user’s registered email account and/or mobile number. Further, Meeta's shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.
